so, it's t-minus-12 hours until i get my wisdom teeth taken out. i'm not looking forward to the pain or the swelling, but i am pretty excited about the painkillers, and getting to take a day off from work and catch up on magazines, TV shows, and blogs.

i'm pretty sure that i'll be spending most of the weekend on styleroom. i just discovered it the other day. it's basically an online community based in the UK, where interior design fans can make their own "style file" type things, and share them with other obsessive home design people. you can upload pictures of your own home, or just pictures of the homes that inspire you. i love coming across new sites that are based purely on sharing ideas, and i'm always interested in seeing how people in other parts of the world like to decorate their homes. 

so if you need me at all this memorial day weekend, you can find me lounging in my bed, with a computer on my lap and ice packs on my face. don't be jealous.
